Hugo is a Certified Permanent Cosmetics Technician who has been performing permanent cosmetics procedures since 1992. Hugo uses a conservative approach in the procedures and takes time to understand his patients’ desires so that he can provide them with the best possible outcome. Hugo performs intradermal micro pigmentation implantation procedures including: eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, vitiligo and areola pigmentation.

Diana is responsible for the direction and management of Plastic Surgery Arts of West Michigan. She oversees the administration and management of clerical operations and quality-improvement processes. With many years of nursing experience, Diana also provides patients with explanations and verbal reassurance as appropriate during assessment, pre-surgery office visits, surgery and post-operative care.
