Do I need to have a combination of both to achieve a lifted breast? Or if I do the breast reduction, will that give me a lift in my breasts?

A breast lift is part and parcel of a breast reduction. Both the breast volume and skin envelope are reduced, lifting the breast and repositioning the nipple in the process. On the other hand, a breast lift does not necessarily change the breast size. One can maintain one’s bra cup size and still lift the breast to a higher position on the chest.
