What to Expect
What to Expect During Your Visit
Our team wants to make your experience as comfortable and convenient as possible. That is why we have a simple consultation, intake, and discharge procedure. Keep reading to learn about what to expect when you come visit us.

Your Consultation
The first time you visit us, it will be for an initial consultation. During this meeting, Dr. Dodde will get to know you, learn about your goals, offer surgical options and determine what procedure would best achieve your personal objectives. No surgery is performed during the initial consultation. We want to get to know you first!

Your Estimate
After your consultation, our friendly staff will provide you with a cost estimate. If you have insurance, we will contact your insurance company to determine if the surgery or procedure is a covered benefit before we proceed. If the surgery or procedure is a cosmetic one, you might be eligible for financing options through CareCredit.
After you get your estimate, you’ll need to place a twenty percent deposit in order to schedule your surgery or procedure. This is due 30 days before the procedure takes place. Once we receive that, your date is locked in, and all you have to do is wait for the special day.

Your Preparation
We want to make sure you feel informed and prepared. That’s why one of our nurses will contact you a week before your procedure or surgery is scheduled to happen. Our nurse will go over what to expect, along with pre-operative instructions to make sure your procedure goes as smoothly as possible.
Frequently, we will schedule a second visit with you before the procedure so you can have the opportunity to re-familiarize yourself with Dr. Dodde and his office, ask additional questions, clarify your personal goals and review any instructions before your big day.
